1. Will be required to develop puzzles, games, quizzes and other interactive applications using Flash action script.
2. Experience with Flash Actionscript 2.0, XML Objects, Flash Remoting, Database Connectivity, Server Side Scripting.

1. Should have developed interactive applications/games using FLASH, Flash Scripting, Flash action script
2. People who have worked for WBT / CBT s in an elearning companies will be preferred
3. Knowledge in Development of Multi User Games, CBT, WBT in Flash using Action Script Flash
4. Communication server ( Media Server, Parsing XML files, Communication with Java Script, and other third party application like Dot net, PHP etc.
